Central to the system is the Traffic Diary. The Traffic Diary provides navigation to the other parts of the system including consigment entry, vehicle/trailer/sub-contract allocation and proof of delivery.

This is a scrolling screen view which displays existing jobs and consignments and provides powerful navigation facilities to select and instantly display any combination of consignments by date, job number,customer, vehicle, sub-contractor, area etc. The view displays 15 consignments at a time and can be scrolled backwards and forwards by line and screen using the cursor and page keys. As each display line is selected, a panel at the foot of the screen displays additional consignment information. Pressing the return key on any line opens up the consigment-booking screen for further information and amendment .[More Detail on the Traffic Diary].
