As with all NewMind products Accountant is designed with ease of use in mind. Accountant is a comprehensive accounting package comprising Purchase, Sales and Nominal ledgers with an optional JobCosting module.

The application provides for complete integration with other NewMind applications including FreightMaster, FreightCost, WarehouseTP, StockMaster, JobCost and AgencyLabour.

Due to its Nominal Ledger coding structure capability almost any level of financial reporting is possible for example by Company, Section, Department,  Employee, Vehicle, Trailer or Job Transactions may be posted to current or future periods.

Ledgers may be closed independently. Complete audit trails are maintained throughout and transactions from integrated applications are controlled in batches.
